Deliveries to postcodes considered non UK mainland or remote areas may incur an additional courier charge and may take longer to deliver.
Where one courier firm does not deliver to certain areas, or charges more we will shop around for alternative couriers.
If you would like to know if there are extra delivery costs for your area before placing your order please conatct us making sure to give us your postcode and what you would like to order. We will then be able to provide you with a no obligation quote.
If you place your order online and live in an area considered remote or non standard by couriers, you may not be charged the full delivery cost. We will contact you to take additional payment before the goods can be dispatched.
When possible, we will make use of Royal Mail's universal service obligation meaning that delivery by this method costs the same across the UK but there are size and weight restrictions.

In the case of international orders the customer will be deemed responsible for all import duties and taxes which might be levied on the goods once the consignment reaches its destination.
If you would like to collect your order instead this can be arranged, just contact us with your requirements and we will take it from there.
In normal circumstances, orders received by us before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) are normally custom made and dispatched within 3 working days and will be delivered between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday (UK mainland).
You may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Please return in good condition, and with the original packaging where possible. You will need to pay for the cost of the return postage unless the items are damaged or faulty.
We suggest proof of delivery postage be used as even when the shipment has reached its destination, it still needs to be accounted for. Proof of delivery completes the chain of custody and ensures the package is delivered to the correct recipient.
Refunds will be made once the order has been returned, received and inspected by us.
